"Building Community" MISSION STATEMENT Our mission is to build an alliance of people with passion for the arts;to advocate, promote, and chronicle the arts in Arkansas; and, through collaboration,to provide opportunities for experiencing the arts and culture of the Hot Springs art community. VISION STATEMENT ACT envisions Hot Springs and its community to be the "City of the Arts," which involves all citizens, which recognizes and encourages artists, and which promotes the arts as a primary instrument for enhancing education and as a viable means for growth and development in Hot Springs.  |
