$30 Annual Listing Fee

By becoming a part of NWAtalent.com I understand that I am part of a talent registry and I will act as my own agent or will list the agent who is representing me.

I am responsible for all my own business practices that involve my talent and will do so in a professional manner. I will not hold NWAtalent.com or any of their staff responsible for any actions by any parties involved in hiring, booking, or commissioning my talent.

I give NWAtalent.com permission to publish my photos on NWAtalent.com. I understand the annual $30 membership fee is for the construction and maintenance of my personal webpage on NWAtalent.com.

I live in Arkansas and I am at least 18 years of age (or a parent of a child who is being listed.)
